Spotcommunications Unified Communications are set of new generation solution of applications and devices that enables users to control and manage our networks, data processing, phone calls, text messages, videoservailance, exchange of data and software resources from different locations using different devices and software interfaces. Provide synchronous operation of all applications and software tools and optimize business communications, thereby increasing productivity and the quality of relationships between employees, customers and owners of the company.

Own security project management system
We at Spotcommunications have built our own security project management system – product and process development, project planning, task management, organization and coordination of all activities related to the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of LAN, Wi- Fi, MAN and WAN infrastructures. Control over the implementation of information and cybersecurity activities at the highest level of competence in the region, configuring and installing communication equipment, wireless, switches and security products on networks.
For the past two years, we have developed and certified competencies in the field of network infrastructure survey and development of solutions and detailed technical documentation.

Information Systems Audit Sector
Provides services such as Analysis of established service practices and procedures; Reviewing maintenance archives – available documentation, statistics, tracking; Checking the current vulnerability and degree of sensitivity to external threats using specialized software; Risk Assessment; Prepare a list of policies, procedures, and instructions to improve security.
Intelligent Control Systems Sector
Developed sales strategy for the region: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. Performs pre-sales activities, negotiation, offering and developing solutions; Management of key projects in the field of physical security and control systems.
Develops and implements technical documentation and procedures (quality control, functional tests and acceptance), design and installation of structural cabling systems, installation and commissioning of power plants, gigabit passive optical networks (GPON) for FTTH, Fiber to the Building (FTTB) ), Ethernet access networks, LAN / MAN / WAN networks, FO networks, Access control, CCTV, Fire detection, FO for data centers and embedded applications.
