    change – OTRS. Each customer of the company
    has a separate ticket queue, can at any time
    check the status of an incident or change, the
    work on it, and the time to resolve it. Incidents
    are classified by service type. Each service has
    set priorities and a Service Level Agreement
    (SLA).

AUDIT OF WI-FI INFRASTRUCTURES

  • As part of the development of the company
    in the Wi-Fi segment, we have the ability to
    audit WLAN infrastructures using the
    Ekahau Site Survey tool. The process
    involves viewing and measuring on site the
    area whose wireless coverage is needed to
    be evaluated. The measurement aims to
    determine the quality of the wireless service
    in several key parameters: Area of coverage;
    Signal strength; Availability and sources of
    interference; Signal noise ratio; Airtime
    Load;
  • The measurement results are formed in a
    report that is transmitted to the client. If
    problems or potential breaches of wireless
    infrastructure are identified, the report will
    also include recommendations and
    corrective actions.
